Stephanie Cirasa, TF-EAP ES Program Director / Equine Specialist
Stephanie is certified in EAGALA model Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) with a military services designation. She is trained in Natural Lifemanship Trauma Focused EAP and Rhythmic Riding. Stephanie has additional training in Military Family Support Services from the USAF. Stephanie has over 25 years of experience with horses. She has studied Parelli Natural Horsemanship for nearly 20 years and has devoted herself to the study of Applied Equine Ethology, the scientific study of equine behavior in the human domain and specifically how interactions with horses create a healing environment for trauma related injuries.
Tina A. Robinson, MSW, LCSW, C-ASWCM, Certified Mediator Clinical Consultant, Veteran's Choice Provider
Tina A. Robinson is a licensed clinical social worker with Master and Bachelor degrees in social work and postmaster’s studies in Gerontology. Her work experience has included a variety of settings involving hospital, home health, long-term care, hospice, and adult education.
Since 1999, Ms. Robinson has aided many adults, disabled persons and their families with mental health and care management needs. She is a registered neutral, member of the Aging Life Care Association, National Association of Social Workers and the National Guardianship Association
Donna Watkins, LPC
Donna McLemore Watkins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist with a Master’s degree in Community Counseling. She believes persons who are pursuing an improved quality of life can make cognitive and behavioral changes while developing an awareness of self and change self-defeating thoughts by tapping into innate strengths.
Her mission and passion is to share the experience of equine assisted psychotherapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and traditional therapy to improve the quality of life of others of all ages. Donna utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, creative/play therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, mindfulness/meditation, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Transactional Analysis. She utilizes metaphorical play therapy techniques such as sand tray, puppet, and art therapy.

Austin Bingham-LPC, M.A, NCC Certified Anger Management Specialist, Veterans Choice Provider.
Austen earned a BA in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. He is a licensed professional counselor with experience working in community mental health and university counseling centers. Austen provides counseling services for individuals experiencing anxiety and stress, depression, trauma, loneliness, relationship issues and other distressing issues that interfere with living a full and meaningful life. He works with adolescents (12 & up) as well as adults of all ages.
Autumn Holt Office Manager, EAGALA Certified ES
Autumn Holt holds a BS in Business Management. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting, office management, and administration. Autumn is currently apprenticing to become proficient in equine assisted therapies and has two therapy dogs.
Mary Looman, PhD, LPC, EAP3 Clinical Consultant
Dr. Mary Looman has a PHD in Clinical Psychology and a masters in Administration. She has been a licensed mental health professional for over twenty years and an equine-assisted psychotherapist for over seven years. Her focus has been serving at-risk families, trauma victims of rape and domestic violence, and veterans experiencing war trauma. She has been in management and executive leadership positions in corporations and state agencies, as well as her own private practice for over 15 years. She has also been a university adjunct professor in the social sciences for over ten years at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is a published researcher in the area of self-esteem, metacognition, psychological health and leadership.
Jeri Apple, LCSW, LMFT, EAP2 Clinical Consultant
Jeri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (GA) since 1986. She is a CCE Board Certified Coach with a Specialty Designation in Health & Wellness and is a certified Body-Mind Life Coachâ„¢. Jeri is certified in the EAGALA model Equine Assisted Psychotherapy & Professional Development. She is trained in Trauma Focused EAP and Equine Assisted EMDR, is an Approved Consultant in Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) and is trained in Canine Assisted Play Therapy.
Drawing on more than thirty years of clinical practice and the study of neuroscience, Jeri is an expert in trauma informed care for children and adults.
